A small Game Development Studio is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to help scale our projects and take them to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Managing Ad Campaigns:

  • Creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other popular platforms.
  • Monitoring and managing budgets to maximize efficiency.

Working with Creatives:

  • Developing concepts for advertising creatives (videos, banners, interactive ads) in collaboration with designers.
  • Running A/B testing of creatives to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Using Google Analytics, App Store Analytics, and other tools to analyze campaign performance.
  • Building reports on CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and other key metrics.
  • Identifying insights and developing strategies to improve performance.

Research & Experimentation:

  • Exploring new user acquisition channels and testing their effectiveness.
  • Analyzing competitors and market trends to develop a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3+ years in User Acquisition or Digital Marketing in the mobile gaming industry (Game Dev).
  • Proven experience with Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, App Store Analytics, and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Ability to interpret key metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS) to make data-driven decisions.

Creativity:

  • Experience in creating and testing ad creatives (videos, banners, interactive formats).
  • Ability to collaborate with designers to produce high-converting content.

Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and efficiently manage advertising budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.

Market Knowledge:

  • Understanding of mobile gaming industry trends, monetization models (F2P, IAP, Ads), and player behavior.
